Lenzen IP is a full service design and drafting firm specializing in the IP industry for over 15 years. Our founder Nick Lenzen has over 35 years of mechanical, electrical and software training experience. While working with attorneys in early 2000 Nick saw a need for a local drafting company that pays close attention to the need of the client for each and every matter. We understand that time is precious and limited so our mission is to save yours. The ability to deliver accurate expertly drafted work quickly at a price that provides value to you and your clients is why we are here.
Our team takes time to understand the needs of our clients. From the minute we receive a call or email we strive to provide the easiest and most comprehensive productive assistance we can. We employ expert local draftsman with a variety of specialties. This allows us to match each incoming matter with an experienced artist in that field. Our local team of graphic artists, technical illustrators, and CAD designers have vast experience in a variety of specialties including mechanical, medical, electrical, civil, software, biotech drawings and more.
We have a commitment to quality and stay updated on the guidelines outlined by the USPTO/PCT. In addition we stay up to date on the rules of other countries so if foreign filing let us know and we can provide an additional draft following rules to meet foreign requirements. We accept any original sketches, electronic images (we accept all file types), photographs or we can come pick up the prototype and draw from it. Lenzen IP can modify your CAD files when requested. We provide drawings in a PDF file for designs and utilities. We provide properly formatted JPG files trademarks or trade dress along PDF files for your review.

TURNAROUND TIME
Our average turnaround time from receiving instructions to delivering formal drawings is 5 business days. We do not charge our clients for rush orders and if needed we can turn a matter around same day.

In business since 2006 we have worked closely with top attorney’s across the country as well as fortune 100 corporations. We can provide our standard confidentiality agreement or we are happy to sign your NDA. Our servers are secure and our emails are protected and encrypted.
